Extalys was founded in spring 2009 by a team of qualified professionals having an extensive experience in accounting and advisory acquired in international organizations, with the objective to develop on the Romanian market a unique approach of a national outsourcing platform able to rend services to its clients all over the country.

Since, we have rapidly built a sustainable client base which includes corporations, small and medium size enterprises, investment vehicles and individuals.

Taking in account the actual local and international economic context, our goal is to allow clients to benefit from cost effective and time efficient solutions for company accounting, tax compliance, payroll, interim staffing and other administrative issues.

Our head office is located in Bucharest having a coordination role for services requested in the territory and performed through our local contacts.
